Ann: Yeah, sure. So, my name is Ann. I've been working as a business development specialist since 2020 in the IT field specifically and throughout my career I've successfully identified and pursued new business opportunities leading to increased revenue and market expansion.

Tracy: Thanks, Ann. That's great. What's motivating you to look for a new opportunity?

Ann: Yes, so I don't have any problem with my current position but I'm also looking for new opportunities where I can grow and develop my skill set for my career.

Tracy: Okay, I understand. Just to help us align expectations, can you share your current and expected salary, mention the currency, and whether that's before or after taxes?

Ann: So my current salary is around 1,000 USD. This is before tax and I'm expecting to at least match my current salary.

Tracy: Okay, got it. And how much notice would you need to give your current employer?

Ann: I can join immediately.

Ritu: Sure. So my name is Ritu Jha. I have been working as a software engineer from 2019. I have strong experience in .NET development along with C-sharp, SQL, Java development and React as well.

Tracy: Okay, great. And what's motivating you to look for a new opportunity right now?

Ritu: So although this job is going well, but I'm looking for new opportunities where I can grow myself and learn new skill set for my career.

Tracy: That makes sense. Just to help us align expectations, can you share your current and expected salary, mention the currency, and whether that's before or after taxes?

Ritu: So my current salary is 8 LPA i.e. 8 lakh per annum. This is before tax and I am expecting a salary of 10 lakh per annum before tax.

Jonathan: Baik, saat ini gaji saya ada di sekitar 10 juta Indonesia rupiah sebelum pajak dan saya berharap untuk mendapatkan sekitar 12 sampai 15 juta Indonesia rupiah sebelum pajak sesuai dengan tanggung jawab dan pengalaman yang saya bawa dalam bidang konstruksi manajerial.
